Francis L. "Frank" Brannigan

Francis L. “Frank” Brannigan was a renowned author (Building Construction for the Fire Service) and educator in fire protection engineering disciplines. While in the U.S. Navy, he served as chief of fire protection while assigned to the Panama Canal, and created a fire school there to train Navy crews in mass firefighting tactics. He also served as the Public Safety Liaison Officer for the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.
